Another week has flown by!

Where has the time gone? And what on earth did I do with it? Not much time spent stitching, but I do have some projects to share with you. They are only half done....but I'm determined to get then finished this week!

So, for the Grain of Salt designs, I'm working on the card design now....

Don't the half finished limes look like big smiley faces? Teehee!

This shouldn't take too long to finish - I just need to be able to get a few hours of undisturbed time to myself! (I'm not asking for much, am I?!!!)

Here's a little peek of what I'm working on...

This is another project I aim to have finished this week....I'm certainly going to be busy!

And now it's time for a confession! Over the weekend, my hubby decided to clear out and organize the basement...seemed a good idea at the time, until he discovered several boxes of my 'stuff'. And by stuff, I don't just mean cross stitching supplies (which, I must add,  I rather skillfully managed to move  around without hubby actually looking into said boxes - phew!). But the confession is that I think I'm a bit of a hoarder....I'm not bad enough to warrant TLC to come and do a programme on me, but I do tend to hold onto things/stuff for crafts, with the excuse of  'it might come in handy one day'.  Anyone else have this 'problem'? And if you do...can you tell me your secret for organizing it so that you do actually use it!!!

Until next time (when I will have a completed project to show you)...happy stitching!

Love the teacher based designs. I am a massive hoarder. At the end of this month I will have 3 car loads (if not more) to move out of my tiny University room into a house that hasn't got a spare bit of surface. I think it might be a pile of boxes in the centre of the living room. If you discover a solution to your problem, please share.

I love your little lime smileys, lol. They're cute!! As to hoarding, I have a terrible problem with that. All my stuff is boxed up and I have no idea what all I have in those boxes. Ugh!! If you figure out a solution, please share!!

Your stitching is looking so cute! Great projects. As to collecting stuff. My hubby managed once without me knowing to throw away my whole collection of knitting yarn. He will never do that again:-) I have a very big old closet that can hold massive amounts of stuff and lots of supplies are in boxes like a box for colored linen, a box for white linen, a box for very fine linen etc...that being said all my WIP's are taking over the kitchen and part of the sleeping room:-)

I can see the "eyes" on those smiley limes! Hope you get some peace to finish your stitching off this week... As for the hoarding - luckily hubbie is as bad in his garage with things as I am in the attic with crafty stash so he can't complain! I have yet to come up with a decent system to organise it so as to make it easier to see what I've actually got - I think that might be one of those million dollar questions! Have a great week,
Helen

You have certainly been busy with your stitching :o)
Yes, I will put my hand up and admit that I am a hoarder too...

yeah ... I haven't actually got all my craft stuff from my parents house yet to my new house but it isn't a small amount. Between the crochet, knitting, quilting, beading and random art supplies, oh and not to mention all the cross stitch supplies and magazines I think I will be filling a room with ease! Phill doesn't want to think about how much stuff I do actually have.
