Feeling the blues!

I'm feeling the blues....the blue threads in the sky of Winter lace! It's slow progress, but progress nonetheless.

Here's what Winter's lace looked like last week...

....and here's how it looks now...

Lots of shades of blue in this design and also lots of browns and greys for the wolf. All very muted shades but totally gorgeous...

And though I'm loving this design, I'm looking for a quick stitch project to do....I need to have that 'Yayyy, I've finished something' feeling . I'm sure you know what I mean :)

Until next time....happy stitching!

Rhona

Working with the same colours requires such dedication. I am afraid I get bored/distracted easily and so usually choose easier pieces. This is looking fabulous. x

I totally understand how you need a small project/finish and different colour palette whilst working on the long-term muted-coloured wolves. I look forward to joining you in your 'Yayyy' feeling soon! :)

Wow you definitely made a lot of progress. Yes I know what you mean. Especially after all the same shades. I hope you find a fun fast stitch.

Nice work on the sky. I always have a smaller project to stitch alongside my BAPs!
