My new <a href="https://www.tangledthreadsandthings.com/" target="_blank">website</a> is up and running! Time for a happy dance :)</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">The new website is focused on cross stitching just now, but will eventually include other crafts too. I've started out with lots of beginner tutorials so if you know anyone who wants to learn to stitch - you know the kind of people who admire your stitching and then say they'd love to do it but wouldn't be able to.....we all know that kind of person - send them over to the website where I take them through the very basics of stitching.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">I'm also giving away some free charts just now and have plans to give away more in the next weeks and months, so please do check by often...... you don't want to miss a cool freebie! :) Tutorials, tips, finishing ideas and various other stitchy related topics are being posted too. The aim is for the website to be a one stop resource for all things cross stitch.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">You can submit a picture of your current stitching project too and it will be featured in the Crafters Corner of the website.....I love seeing what you are stitching :)</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Don't forget that my <a href="https://www.etsy.com/shop/RhonaNorrieDesigns?ref=search_shop_redirect" target="_blank">Etsy shop</a> is up and running too.......lots of designs planned to go on sale there too. Phew, I've been a busy bee :)</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Until next time....happy stitching!</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Rhona</span></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>Rhonahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10774540090030286613noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-527596903263090957.post-59065580517602604242020-10-01T21:00:00.000-04:002020-10-01T21:00:05.396-04:00Yay!!! I have known for quite some time and it has been <i>soooo</i> hard to keep the secret. I'm so excited! I just want to be able to go out and look at baby 'stuff'....sorry Amazon, but online shopping doesn't cut it for baby things. </p><p>Maybe 2020 isn't so bad after all!</p><p>Until next time....happy stitching!</p><p>Rhona</p>Rhonahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10774540090030286613noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-527596903263090957.post-90773523377215503642020-09-15T14:35:00.000-04:002020-09-15T14:35:28.257-04:00I'm still here!<p><span style="font-family: arial;"> Gosh...where has the time gone? They both want to be in the new website....both taking turns to photo-bomb my pictures! Last week you may remember that Bagheera was being really inquisitive.....</p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bk629xRl9V0/XzwUPoqthMI/AAAAAAAAGQk/r2BmNGEiZiYEmwvsReoXBgBRdYTOWs5PACPcBGAYYCw/s800/bags1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="531" data-original-width="800" height="272" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bk629xRl9V0/XzwUPoqthMI/AAAAAAAAGQk/r2BmNGEiZiYEmwvsReoXBgBRdYTOWs5PACPcBGAYYCw/w410-h272/bags1.jpg" width="410" /></a></div><br />The weeks it was Wilbur's turn to try to sneak in the pictures....<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1G-HXcanI0E/X0_0EMMkY3I/AAAAAAAAGQ0/X7IYID96Pq8KISa8XHY4M8feGRhzXqf6gCLcBGAsYHQ/s800/c1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="531" data-original-width="800" height="272" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1G-HXcanI0E/X0_0EMMkY3I/AAAAAAAAGQ0/X7IYID96Pq8KISa8XHY4M8feGRhzXqf6gCLcBGAsYHQ/w410-h272/c1.jpg" width="410" /></a></div><br /><p>This picture was part of my beginner's guide on my new website and Wilbur was fascinated with the keyring, he kept trying to swipe it and play with it. Here I am setting up my stitching to take a picture when this nosey feline has to come and investigate what's going on....</span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bk629xRl9V0/XzwUPoqthMI/AAAAAAAAGQc/1K6DkVbY7lEIHAgNy2-64XFtjTjwx3VDQCLcBGAsYHQ/s800/bags1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><img border="0" data-original-height="531" data-original-width="800" height="272" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bk629xRl9V0/XzwUPoqthMI/AAAAAAAAGQc/1K6DkVbY7lEIHAgNy2-64XFtjTjwx3VDQCLcBGAsYHQ/w410-h272/bags1.jpg" width="410" /></span></a></div><div><span style="font-family: arial;"><br /></span></div><span style="font-family: arial;">...there will be black hair everywhere! Today I felt like I'd hit the jackpot at being able to purchase a $2 skein of thread....it really doesn't take much to make me happy! I practically skipped form the craft store to my car (and I have to admit, that I have probably never spent so little at the craft store!!!)<div><br /></div><div>So what thread did I buy? Stitching and crocheting (especially a blanket!) don't really go well with the humidity. <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">As you know from previous posts, I have been joining in with the Peppermint Purple blackwork SAL. I chose a variegated thread that I had in my stash and I guess the thread fairies weren't too happy with me as I have run out of thread.....again! This is the second project that I have been unable to finish during this pandemic because of the lack of threads. This was last week's block....</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>

<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VxuNIJZTYvs/Xs1BBd2M_oI/AAAAAAAAF_g/qY4OaSEbImwOD9xfQLHL7I4qGEgjST9fgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/w3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="597" data-original-width="800" height="297" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VxuNIJZTYvs/Xs1BBd2M_oI/AAAAAAAAF_g/qY4OaSEbImwOD9xfQLHL7I4qGEgjST9fgCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/w3.jpg" width="400" /></span></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">....and the thread that is in the needle is all that I have left! There is no way that that little bit will be enough to finish off tomorrow's block. Here's the whole thing so far (looking as if it's stitched on cream aida rather than the lovely pale blue aida that I chose!)</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vafcentFHt8/Xs1BBticQnI/AAAAAAAAF_k/WR1TR2fiN7QpW_odbLR2iXKniD4vaycEwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/w4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1070" data-original-width="800" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vafcentFHt8/Xs1BBticQnI/AAAAAAAAF_k/WR1TR2fiN7QpW_odbLR2iXKniD4vaycEwCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/w4.jpg" width="298" /></span></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Arghhhh! This is <i>so</i> frustrating. So, I'm trying to be an optimist since, in the grand scheme of things, this is really nothing at all, so I'm looking at it as an opportunity to have a new start guilt free. Every cloud has a silver lining and all that 😂😂😂</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The Winter's Lace deign was taken out of the sewing basket again and some more stitches were added. Slowly (and I do mean slowly!) this piece is coming to life....</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YorR_SUZsO8/Xs1BBDdz4iI/AAAAAAAAF_c/Ru39BdDz_qkI20QT5R5WABYKwwwFVshDwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/w1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="597" data-original-width="800" height="297" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YorR_SUZsO8/Xs1BBDdz4iI/AAAAAAAAF_c/Ru39BdDz_qkI20QT5R5WABYKwwwFVshDwCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/w1.jpg" width="400" /></span></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I'm always amazed at how quickly some stitchers can complete a project as I seem to take ages, but I keep telling myself that it's not a race and it's all about enjoyment....and I'm enjoying seeing these wolves slowly emerge on the fabric....</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VOzp6ZWxzOk/Xs1BBM_qEWI/AAAAAAAAF_Y/UkQYiN7rpTUjtTGMqCtv_ytbn9-oBgjbwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/w2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="597" data-original-width="800" height="297" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VOzp6ZWxzOk/Xs1BBM_qEWI/AAAAAAAAF_Y/UkQYiN7rpTUjtTGMqCtv_ytbn9-oBgjbwCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/w2.jpg" width="400" /></span></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">So now I have the fun task of deciding what will be the next project in the qsnaps.......ahhh, the joy of a new start!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Until next time, stay safe, stay well, and happy stitching!</span><br />

I think this quarantine/isolation thing is beginning to get to me.....I had plenty of crafty things (and deadlines!) to keep me occupied and busy, but for this first time since this virus hit, I couldn't concentrate on anything. So many things I wanted to do but just could not find the motivation to do anything. So instead of stressing about it, I just accepted that my week wasn't going to have much to show at the end of it....and in the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">My needle did see <i>some</i> action and I managed to do a bit more of the peppermint Purple SAL....</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8ki7oQPbqIw/XrBz5QoPLZI/AAAAAAAAF9g/clH6RswC_AgjXFAYvFbGx4aiJqeVCapHQCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/b3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="597" data-original-width="800" height="297" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8ki7oQPbqIw/XrBz5QoPLZI/AAAAAAAAF9g/clH6RswC_AgjXFAYvFbGx4aiJqeVCapHQCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/b3.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">....I'm so mixed up with the days, that I always think that I'm caught up with this only to realize that a new block has been released :) Hopefully I'll do this last block before Wednesday's new release! Here's what it all looks like so far....</span><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8PtRyKnpelA/XrBz5TtHWWI/AAAAAAAAF9c/dlscqf8Bbr4wB9O4KtkQ6FDvu1pLyprdQCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/b4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="627" data-original-width="800" height="312" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8PtRyKnpelA/XrBz5TtHWWI/AAAAAAAAF9c/dlscqf8Bbr4wB9O4KtkQ6FDvu1pLyprdQCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/b4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">My copy of World of Cross Stitching magazine arrived and I thought the little free kit would be a good quick stitch to get done as it was my son-in-law's birthday and we all know how hard it is to find a design to stitch for a male. Even changing the banner stitches from full cross stitch to half cross stitch, I still didn't get it done in time......I really was having a bad week! Luckily I keep a stash of cards for emergencies such as this and Joe didn't go without a birthday card......he did have to go without a birthday hug, but we do have to all keep safe.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-KTOmS3C6CQ0/XrB13H8rwUI/AAAAAAAAF9s/f8O8Ec3B0bQWXt8TPJx3aELFej4ubD12gCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/b5.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="597" data-original-width="800" height="297" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-KTOmS3C6CQ0/XrB13H8rwUI/AAAAAAAAF9s/f8O8Ec3B0bQWXt8TPJx3aELFej4ubD12gCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/b5.png" width="400" /></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">When I do finish this design, it will go into my stash of cards. Anyone else keep a stash of cards on hand for emergencies?</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">If you're needing a free chart so you can add to your card stash, click <a href="http://tangledthreadsstitching.blogspot.com/2020/03/free-chart.html" target="_blank">here</a> and <a href="http://tangledthreadsstitching.blogspot.com/2020/04/another-little-mouse-free-chart.html" target="_blank">here</a> for my cute little mouse freebies. I'm aiming to have another one stitched up for next week....so do come back to see the next little mouse in this series.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Hope you are all managing to stay safe and well, and thanks for popping in to my little corner of blog land.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Until next time.....happy stitching.</span><br />

Those winter wolves! You would think that I loved winter! (btw, I don't, I'm definitely a summer loving gal!)</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">So here's my progress on these beautiful wolves....</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pD9_YCBQFB4/Xp4KbzeU39I/AAAAAAAAF8A/K2DKRbZZBwMFYJtaVQHHKQhZj6n8o3YYwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/b1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="531" data-original-width="800" height="265" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pD9_YCBQFB4/Xp4KbzeU39I/AAAAAAAAF8A/K2DKRbZZBwMFYJtaVQHHKQhZj6n8o3YYwCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/b1.jpg" width="400" /></span></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I've been plodding along getting the trees in the background stitched. It's slow going as the background is all blended threads which seem to slow down the progress. Just getting the different colours of threads cut and sorted seems to take so much more time than normal. The end result is well worth it though, it really is beautiful.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">This month's edition of the World Of Cross Stitching magazine featured my little key pouch designs...</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UJp8gbnA1WE/Xp4MPZCbUhI/AAAAAAAAF8I/DckfqHSBqdgJef6pCTa_iNSDEW5Xl7c1wCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/b2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="676" data-original-width="800" height="337" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UJp8gbnA1WE/Xp4MPZCbUhI/AAAAAAAAF8I/DckfqHSBqdgJef6pCTa_iNSDEW5Xl7c1wCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/b2.jpg" width="400" /></span></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The staff at WOXS sent me their photograph to share....much better than me taking a picture of the magazine! Since I haven't received my copy of the magazine yet I have no idea who stitched the models....but whoever it was, I'm sure you'll agree that they did a wonderful job. I'll let you know who stitched them as soon as I get my copy of the magazine.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Hope you are all managing to stay safe and well.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Until next time....happy stitching.</span><br />

Hope you are all managing to stay safe at home and are finding joy in being able to pass the time stitching or crafting.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I have managed to get caught up on the Peppermint Purple SAL....</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I thought this week's design looked like rows of screws! The repeat pattern was very easy to follow and stitched up pretty quickly.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I spent some time doing some ink drawings which I haven't done for ages......and by ages, I mean years! I'm planning to carve out more time to keep doing this ......</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">....I also need more time to do everything that I want to do! Can anyone help with that?!!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Maybe you can help me with this though.....as mentioned in my last post I have run out of thread for the Wedding Sampler I was working on. Thank you to those who offered to send me some if they had it in their stash....much appreciated. The colour I'm missing is brown 801, so if anyone has it in their stash and would be willing to send it to me, I would be truly grateful.....and of course I'll see if I can send you a colour that's missing from your stash. Let me know in the comments , or pop me an email and I'll get in touch. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Until next time....happy stitching!</span><br />

The days seem to be blurring together and I hardly know what day it is......I'm pretty certain it's Monday and time for a blog post!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The wedding sampler is back in the sewing basket to make sure it's done in time for the the big day.....although I'm not sure what's happening with that since we are all told to stay at home and not gather in any groups. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">We now have 'Happily Ever After' but are missing some flourishes...</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-WUPV4RxWu8w/XouEJnX4sPI/AAAAAAAAF7M/H-t1Au8XMnkPATffisa1kPMRk6gueIiggCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/q1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="531" data-original-width="800" height="265" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-WUPV4RxWu8w/XouEJnX4sPI/AAAAAAAAF7M/H-t1Au8XMnkPATffisa1kPMRk6gueIiggCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/q1.jpg" width="400" /></span></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">...and my problem now is that I have run out of thread to finish those beautiful flourishes...</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-aRFeBRtDXOs/XouEJzkQWII/AAAAAAAAF7Q/6J9-m75AWqUHYwNtdoCF-XXcLMWrP_dXACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/q2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="531" data-original-width="800" height="265" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-aRFeBRtDXOs/XouEJzkQWII/AAAAAAAAF7Q/6J9-m75AWqUHYwNtdoCF-XXcLMWrP_dXACLcBGAsYHQ/s400/q2.jpg" width="400" /></span></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">In normal times (remember those?) I would have just hopped in the car and gone to the craft store to pick up a skein of thread......I would probably have moaned about it, but now I would do almost anything to be back and able to do that. I really mustn't complain though, as in the grand scheme of things it's really nothing. So many people have real things to worry about and my lack of thread is nothing compared to what they are going though.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">So here's a close up of some of the flourishes with the back stitching/long stitching....</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_jkTO_IdCuk/XouEJnxONDI/AAAAAAAAF7I/PigNho6LZG4fRAYXLletkSVW99AVcoZXgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/q3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="531" data-original-width="800" height="265" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_jkTO_IdCuk/XouEJnxONDI/AAAAAAAAF7I/PigNho6LZG4fRAYXLletkSVW99AVcoZXgCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/q3.jpg" width="400" /></span></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">.....and a close up of some of the french knots that are sprinkled throughout this design...</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-u56y12Ff370/XouEKJtc8mI/AAAAAAAAF7U/aYrVp4byMrAQCWwt3t4jW-qbgIaiJPi4wCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/q4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><img border="0" data-original-height="531" data-original-width="800" height="212" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-u56y12Ff370/XouEKJtc8mI/AAAAAAAAF7U/aYrVp4byMrAQCWwt3t4jW-qbgIaiJPi4wCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/q4.jpg" width="320" /></span></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">So my next decision is whether to unpick all the back stitching (and there' a lot of it!) and do it with a different brown, (one that I have a full skein of!) or wait and hope that the shops will be open sometime before the wedding? I could of course order it on-line but pay an exorbitant price for shipping......unless I add some other goodies to my online basket :)</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Until next time....stay safe, stay well, and happy stitching.</span><br />
